‘Remote viewing‘ refers to the ability that allows you to see people, places and objects that you nonetheless can’t actually view with your physical eyes. That is, you can’t see these places, people or objects with your sense of eyesight, but you can do so with your own innate psychic ability, so that you can see things without actually having to physically be there.
Unlike astral travel and some other psychic abilities, while remote viewing your spiritual and physical body will stay in the same place. You are able to see any place, person or thing you wish while your body, mind and spirit stay at home.
Remote viewing is more like dowsing, where you’re using your own mind’s power to find whatever it is that you’re seeking. The remote viewer actually uses a type of ESP to find whatever he’s seeking.
All of us have psychic ability, but for some of us, it may be latent. That is, if it was never fully developed when we were children, it still exists within us, but we simply don’t know how to tap into it or use it. And in fact, most of us only use about 10% of our brain’s power, with 90% left untouched and unused, so that its potential is wasted.
Remote viewing gives you the ability to ‘see’ what’s going on when you need to. For example, it may give you peace of mind as a parent to know that your children are okay because you can simply ‘check in’ on them whenever you need to. This peace of mind and security is simply invaluable.
Remote viewing is different from other psychic abilities because anyone can learn how to become proficient in remote viewing. In fact, studies have shown that even so-called non-psychic people can easily use remote viewing once they’ve been taught to put themselves into a trancelike state sufficient enough to access it. And the results from this remote viewing were also very accurate.
To start training yourself in remote viewing abilities, these techniques are helpful:
*Sit in a comfortable chair where you’re not going to be disturbed and close your eyes. Make sure it’s quiet and that you have no distractions before you get started.
*Through your nose, breathe deeply, relaxing as you do so. It may be easier to control your breathing if you press your tongue to the roof of your mouth lightly. This will also help keep you from the natural propensity to yawn as you do this.
*It’s important to put aside any feelings of negativity or cynicism and think positively about what you’re doing. As your relaxed state deepened, you should resolve your belief that you are able to control your own mind to view the things you want to see.
*Start by remote viewing a place or person you know very well. The easiest person would be yourself. Try to view yourself from a point directly in front of where you’re sitting, as though looking into a mirror. Many people struggle with looking at themselves from the opposite perspective, but you’ll gain some insight as to how others see you.
*Once you’re able to see yourself while remote viewing, you need to begin looking at places which are farther away. Start with a place which you are already familiar with, such as the house where you grew up. Best of all is to remote view a friend or relative’s home. Keep an eye out for details and when you’re finished remote viewing, call and compare notes � find out if the details you saw while remote viewing are really there. This exercise lets you assess your progress as a remote viewer.
You can also change this exercise so that you include a friend or family member who is nearer you physically. Have this friend or family member sit in another room out of your line of sight and repeat some type of simple movement, like waving a hand, twirling a lock of hair, and so on. Relax and train your mind’s eye on the action being performed, utilizing remote viewing to do so. After you’ve completed the exercise, ask your friend or family member to confirm or refute what your results were.
Once you’ve practiced remote viewing techniques for a while, you may find that it’s quite easy to get into a relaxed state, much easier than previously. Getting into a relaxed state is very similar to the trancelike states people assume when they undergo hypnosis. Under hypnosis, one is still very much wide awake and aware of his or her surroundings, but the body itself is very relaxed and therefore hypnosis participants are much more easily able to access their subconscious minds.
It is in the subconscious that our psychic abilities are found � but with practice, remote viewing will be something you’ll be able to do at will.
