<p>Everyone knows that having a positive atitude is an essential element to being happy and healthy.  Listed below are three optimistic thinking pointers that will help keep your chin up and your head held high.  It&#8217;s not easy to stay positive , when life&#8217;s events don&#8217;t go your way.</p>
<p> The first of my positive thinking tips is to get in the routine of asking yourself the right questions.  What do I mean by this?  First of all, our mentality is for the most part controlled by the questions we ask ourselves on a regular basis.  Sounds ridiculous? Just watch your own thoughts for an hour or so.  The problem is that most people ask themselves bad questions.  Things like “Why does this always happen to me?” or “How come life has to be so hard?”  Many of these questions are based on the assumption that bad situations alway happens to you and that life is tough.  This only drills these beliefs deeper into your head and solidifies them as your experience the world.</p>
<p> Preferably instead, try asking questions that would be more beneficial to you.  Maybe things like “What is the positive outcome to this circumstance?” or “What can I be excited about today?”  Questions like these help strengthen positive beliefs into your mind and can help you stay optimistic.  It might be difficult at first to change your thought process (since you&#8217;ve been thinking and asking yourself the same style of questions for awhile), but is the results are worth it.</p>
<p> Another one of my positive thinking tips is to start keeping a gratitude journal.  This could be as effortless as keeping a little journal by your bed and writing down everything you are thankful for that occurred to you that day.  Write down what you are grateful for in your day to day life.  What you write down can be as simple as &#8220;I&#8217;m thankful I woke up this morning&#8221; or &#8220;I&#8217;m thankful it was a sunny and beautiful day&#8221;.  I remember once I wrote down “I am grateful I caught the bus to work just in time today” and then the next day I wrote “I am grateful I missed the bus because it gave me time to read the newspaper in a cafe while I waited for the next bus.”  If you implement this into your every day life, you will start to look at life with an optimistic attitude, helping you remain more positive.</p>
<p> The last of my positive thinking tips is to write down what you wish your life to be like.  Make sure you write down every single detail.  I wrote down as much as ten pages of specifics on my desired life.  I described where I wanted to live, how much money I wanted to make, what I wanted to do for work, and all the wonderful places I would travel to.  Doing this may take some time, but it will make you feel so good and so determined to make your aspirations come true, that I firmly recommend you find the time to give it a shot.</p>
<p> Follow my advice and soon you start to see life in a different perspective.  Positive thoughts can really help you change the way you see the world and yourself, you can create and manifest your desires all with the shift of your mind.</p>

Next time you see one of these women, take a look at her ring finger chances are that it is bare. When a woman worries more about her appearance than she does about the way she treats other people she tends to be more lonely.</p>
<p> I&#8217;m not saying you should not try to be beautiful and wear hot outfits. Just make sure you have your priorities straight. Make sure that you know your appearance is not the important thing. You can not be nice to just the beautiful people and be considered a nice person.</p>
<p> Treating everyone around you with respect is what is going to make you a good person. It does not matter how someone looks, or how much money they have, or even where they have come from. You have to treat everyone well if you want to be a beautiful person. The most beautiful people are the ones that treat everyone great.</p>
