<p> In my practice I take seriously the potential client&#8217;s readiness for a coaching relationship. It&#8217;s very important for the client&#8217;s success in their wellness solution or development plan. In my experience most people benefit from a personal coach. And many people often feel coaching is the next logical move. Others feel coaching is the answer to their desperate desire to do something positive. However, a coach is not always the best answer at the moment in time they want to work with one.</p>
<p> Your wellness today weighs heavily on your coach-readiness. There are many possible reasons a coach may not be right for you. Because my goal is to help people, my first priority is to always understand if a client has reached a coach-ready status. If not, then I can only be of help by pointing the them to a different development path where they will find success. Then, when they are ready for coaching, they know I will genuinely be there for them. At the same time, I&#8217;ve achieved my goal of helping people to live a fuller, richer life.</p>

<li>Will you be able to tell your coach if you feel you&#8217;re not receiving what you need or expect from the coaching?</li>
<li>In order to reach success, will you be able to stop or alter behaviors that are self-defeating?</li>
<li>Can you handle honest feedback and are you willing to consider new ideas that may not fit with your current or previous ways of thinking?</li>
<li>Are you ready, willing and able to make the financial investment to get the results you desire and deserve?</li>
<li>Do you have ideas about what your goals are, but are unsure how to reach them?</li>
<li>Are you sometimes feeling stuck, even though you know you&#8217;re capable of discovering answers that work?</li>
<li>Are you motivated now to put the time and energy into coaching?</li>
</ol>
<p> If you answered true to all statements above, congratulations, you are ready for self improvement coaching! Your best next step is an initial consultation with one or more coaches. Some coaches offer an initial visit for no charge.</p>

<p>Anger is seen as a deluded mind that focuses on an animate or inanimate object, feels it to be unappealing, exaggerates its awful behavior, and desires to hurt it. When we are mad with our partner, at the moment he or she appears to us as unlikable. We then exaggerate his awful traits by focusing only on those aspects that annoy us and ignoring all his good qualities and kindness, until we have built up a mind set of an intrinsically flawed person. Sometimes we wish to hurt in some way, probably by disapproving them.</p>
<p>Anger is an unrealistic mind; the intrinsically faulty person or thing that it focuses on does not in fact exist. Moreover, anger is also a tremendously harmful mind that serves no purpose whatsoever. Having understood the disadvantages of anger, we then also need to watch our mind carefully so we can distinguish it whenever it begins to arise.</p>
<p>This explanation of stopping anger through practicing tolerance is based on Guide to the Bodhisattva’s Way of Life, the famous poem by the great Buddhist Master Shantideva. This is one of the clearest and most dominant explanations of the theme ever written, and is just as significant today as it was then.</p>
<p>Anger is usually an unhealthy relationship. If we exist in close contact with someone, our attitudes, priorities, interests, and ways of doing things commonly collide. Since we know the other person’s shortcomings so well, it is very easy for us to become serious and short-tempered with our partner and to blame him or her for making our life painful. If we can make an uninterrupted effort to agree with this anger as it arises, our relationship will suffer. Some couple may authentically love one another, but if they habitually get angry with each other the times when they are happy together will become fewer and further between. There will be some point that there will be recovered from one row the next has already begun. Like a flower choked by weeds, love cannot live on in such conditions.Bear in mind that every chance to build up anger is also a chance to build up patience.</p>
<p>In a close relationship, opportunities to get angry take place many times a day, so to stop the increase of awful feelings, stopping anger as soon as it begins to happen in our mind is something we need to do. We do away the dishes after each food rather than coming up until the last part of the month, because we do not want to exist in a filthy house nor be faced with a big, unwanted job. We require ourselves to build the effort to clear away the mess in our mind as soon as it appears, for if we allow it to build up it will become harder to deal with, and will just cause danger to our relationship. Keep in mind that every time anger is developed, anger is also a chance to build up patience. A relationship in which there is a lot of roughness and conflict of interests is also an unrivalled opportunity to erode away our self-cherishing and self-grasping, which are the real sources of all our problems.</p>

<p>It is through our anger that we collect enemies. We assume that anger arises when we encounter a displeasing individual, but actually it is the anger already within us that transforms the person we meet into our probable enemy. Someone controlled by their fury lives within a fearful sight of the world, surrounded by enemies of his or her own making. The fake principle that everyone hates him can turn into a disaster that he might even go insane, the victim of his own hallucination.</p>
