We are all very familiar with the word anger. This very basic and normal emotion is present in almost all organisms; man, animals, and micro organisms alike. Installed by nature and perfected by evolution, anger along with other emotions helps us to deal with dangerous or threatening situations whether real or not, in humans though anger gets somewhat complicated because of our rational nature.

Although there might be a few differences as to how man and woman display or express their anger, the basic fact still remains that once mismanaged, ignored or uncontrolled anger can cause physical or emotional damage. Remember that when we are angry we tend to become overly emotional, defensive, and highly exaggerated in our thoughts and actions, which in turn is fuelled by rage and agressiveness, making us hostile and unreasonable.

Remember anger when unmanaged, mismanaged, or uncontrolled can worsen, creating problems, conflicts, misunderstandings and may alienate you from other people in the process.
